*Extreme Oceanfront. You'd have to be sailing to be any close to the water The house sits securely nestled into the granite of a private south facing point surrounded by sea .Extensive glazing throughout the housecapture the sun and highlights the spectacular private ocean views.
* Beautiful custom walnut cabinetry throughout reinforces the nautical fee with lots of ship shape storage especially in the kitchen which is suitable for catering small weddings or other special events.
* Three amazing staterooms evoke a luxury small ship cruise experience with ensuite spa style bathrooms as well as tub/sitting rooms which share the amazing views. Gas fireplaces, king size beds, private decks,fridge/coffee maker, 42" smart tv's, robes and spa toiletries complete the appointments.
*A queen murphy bed provides additional sleeping space on the main floor and enjoys the same amenities as the upstairs staterooms. A full bathroom with shower is also on the main floor.
*Generous dining and lounging space on both levels offer lots of choices for gathering or seclusion. The lower living room lounge forms the prow of the ship and opens to a large oceanfront deck and associated patios.
* Property amenities include a large pavilion with a dramatic green roof , BBQ area, 30 ft seasonal dock , massage studio, and private outdoor hot tub set amongst the rocks with a views of the cove, bay and Mighty Rock, a giant granite monolith marking the border of the provincial park
* Short paths,benches and seating areas offer different perspectives from which to view the landscape and it's native west coast flora.
* Washer/dryer, BBQ, and outdoor firepits. Massage and chef services available.
